Got this today which seems quite a heavy penalty for the registrant using a personal name rather than an organisation name
"The domain name(s) of *.CN and *.CN should be deleted or the registrant
modified from an individual to an organization/company within 10 working
days. Failure to respond to NeuStar or to fix the registration will result
in the .CN domain name(s) being deleted.
Thank you for your cooperation.
CNNIC requires all .CN Registrations to be made by Organizations or
Corporations they do not allow individuals to register .CN Domain Names."
