Congratulations on 300 uniques a day. That is amazing with a Google PR of zero and no meta tags or search engine positions at all. Do you know where are the visitors coming from? Do you have referral links from other sites? Surely there are not 300 people every day who just type in "thismoney.co.uk" on spec? We only get a few hundred a day more uniques than that with blue.co.uk and blue are a reasonably popular band right now.

The domain name actually has a ranking on alexa I know overture has it as well, the UK one that is. Also I have heard of another site called "this is money" all to do with money: loans, mortgages etc. popular from what I hear.

of course! I knew that the name rung a bell somewhere, but I just couldn't put my finger on it. That explains it, I just couldn't understand where 300 uniques a day were coming from. Well done, useful name.

It's only the Beverly Hills in Florida, not the far better known one in California which is much more salubrious!

Perhaps people are confusing it with ThisIsMoney.co.uk - that Money site the Daily Mail run.

I have just bought a copy of DrWho's great new automated valuation programme, it goes through all the valuation requests in DNF and alternates between posting "$0" and "reg fee" as valuations. It saves so much time, I would recommend that we all buy a copy!

But seriously, no offence DW, any name that gets 300 uniques a day is worth money. Traffic = money, it is that simple. The name on its own is truly only worth the reg fee, if that, but it is not worth selling with that kind of traffic, Develop the site and put affiliate links on for financial services type products. You could easily make a couple of hundred a month in affiliate commission.

How much would you pay for an annuity that paid you £2,400 a year? At least £50k. With that extra income stream coming in it would not be worth parting with the domain.
