Coir.net
"Coir" is a coarse fibre extracted from the fibrous outer shell of a coconut. They make this material to create mats, clothes, ropes and stuff like that. There are actually shops who sell only merchandise created from coir.
WIKIPEDIA LISTED: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coir
This is a chance to own something as rare as a 4-lettered single word .net domain. I have auctioned this at a minimum reserve, but as Sedo are not profiling .net domains like they do with .com domains, I have not received many bids on this name yet.

"Brown coir is used in brushes, doormats, mattresses and sacking. A small amount is also made into twine, used in this country as hop strings. Pads of curled brown coir fibre, made by 'needle-felting' (a machine technique that mats the fibres together) are shaped and cut to fill mattresses and for use in erosion control on river banks and hillsides. A major proportion of brown coir pads are sprayed with rubber latex which bonds the fibres together to be used as upholstery padding for the automobile industry in Europe. The material is also used for insulation and packaging.
The major use of white coir is in rope manufacture. Mats of woven coir fibre are made from the finer grades of bristle and white fibre using hand or mechanical looms. "
.. In other words. There are huge development and end-user potential for this domain! Think of all the multi-million dollar rope manufacturers in the world!
There is only 6 hours left of the auction!
All major TLD's are of course taken.
