The names at Afternic did include "undesirable" letters that is why they sold for 'only' $700+. Those without the undesirables are going from around 2k to high x,xxx reseller, or more for the top names.
ZDZ.com (I think it was this ,certainly two "undesirable z's") went for well over 2k at pool!
I fail to see how sales at pool.com can be discounted when, irrespective of the high prices, it is a huge part of the domain scene. I means that some people are prepared to pay those prices, can only be good for the future.
The pool names will go toward end user prices because they are fresh
on the market. Would you rather pay $500 for a name that's been sitting
at buydomains.com for 2 years, or $500 for a recent drop? Its the uncertainty
in the value that makes them more valuable for a short time.
VZH.com has 2 hard sounding letters, V and Z
high $xxx
It's been over a year since my last post asking for an appraisal on this domain. I would like to get some appraisals as to the current value today. Thank You
The letters could mean many things.
