We are listing the following sites for sale. We would prefer to sell them together but will consider offers on individual sites as well. It is a completely developed network of 3 Myspace related sites.

-*MyCrunkSpace.com*- PR5
MyCrunkSpace is a Myspace related site. It generates revenue through Google Adsense, ValueClick Media and Azoogle Ads affiliate programs. The site was launched in February 2006 and was redesigned in June 2006, the current design is 100% custom and made specifically for this site (and the two others on the network). We use StatCounter.com to track stats and have provided recent screenshots for Adsense, ValueClick, and StatCounter. Revenue and stat proof since May 2006 is available for serious offers.

Traffic:
Traffic for mycrunkspace.com is strong and consistent. It comes mainly from natural search engine traffic, link exchanges and links from Myspace profiles and it’s almost equally divided between the three. It currently receives approximately 2000 unique visits a day.

Revenue:
August totals are are:
• Adsense: $254.06
• ValueClick $234.74
• Azoogle Ads $117.10
o Total $588.80
Revenue proof since June 2006 will be provided for bidders. The only cost of the site is hosting, we have never done any paid advertising or have any other expenses. Until last week it was running on the $3.99 Godaddy hosting and it runs fine on that.

-*AddThemes.com & CrunkCodes.com*- Both PR4

These are both MySpace related sites and will only be sold together. They generate revenue through Google Adsense and ValueClick Media (CrunkCodes only, started late June) and minimal revenue (not reported) through Azoogle ads affiliate programs. The Adsense channels have recently been combined for the two sites. We use StatCounter.com to track stats and have provided recent screenshots for Adsense, ValueClick, and StatCounter. Revenue and stat proof since June 2006 is available upon a serious offer.

History:
• Addthemes.com was launched in Dec. 2005 and acquired by our company in April 2006. It was originally a desktop theme site but upon acquisition was redesigned into a Myspace resource site.
• Crunkcodes.com was developed by us in June 2006 and has consistently grown since then.

Traffic:
Traffic for both sites is very strong and well diversified. It comes mainly from natural search engine traffic, link exchanges and links from Myspace profiles and it’s almost equally divided between the three. Crunkcodes.com receives the majority of the traffic with approximately 900 unique visits per day. And Addthemes.com receives around 70-100 unique visits a day. Both sites run fine on the 3.99 Godaddy hosting and that’s the only expense for the site. We’ve never done any paid advertising or have any other expenses.

Revenue:
As I mentioned above, some of the revenue tracking has been combined for the sites so we can’t separate them regarding the revenue. August totals for both sites are:
• Adsense: $61.79
• ValueClick $58.38 (crunkcodes only)
o Total $120.17
Revenue proof since June 2006 will be provided for bidders.

These are not auctions, we will be consider offers in the upper $xxx to lower $1,xxx range for addthemes and crunkcodes. Like it says above offers in the mid X,XXX range for MyCrunkSpace. Please PM or e-mail (activeweb.media –at- gmail –dot- com) any questions you many have.
Proof:

Http://crunkcodes.com/crunk-vc-august.jpg
Other things: All three sites run on the same script which is 100% unique and designed just for these three sites. They all have unique seo, keywords and link partners which we put a great deal of work into.

* Note: we reserve the right to not sell if we don’t approve any offers that we receive.

If they are earning $700k/month why would you sell so cheap at "upper $xxx to lower $1,xxx range"? I'm definitely interested, just sounds too good to be true.

It's $700 per month, not $700,000. Is that a typo somewhere? I didn't see that.
thanks

My bad, I meant $700/month of course... 1 to 2 months revenue still seems like an incredible deal.

ahh, I'm sorry. The "high xxx" price was for crunkcodes and addthemes only. I forgot the price for mycrunkspace. It's mid x,xxx for that one.

**Also, a high offer of $2,500 has been placed on digital point's forum.

Any extra costs besides hosting fees? If not, I'll offer $2,600 for all 3.

No, no other fees and they are hosted fine on 3.99 godaddy hosting. You have the current highest offer @ $2,600.
Thanks

I have done a great deal of seo work to get link exchanges with all the partner sites, I can't guarantee that they will always link to you because I don't own the sites and have no control over their sites, but they've been up for a long time and as long as you leave the reciprocal links up I see no reason why they would delete your link, they never have so far.

you can't transfer a valueclick account to another party - but since they base their acceptance on the website you submit to them, you shouldn't have any problem getting in on your own if you buy this or another quality site designed yourself.

Right, Mycrunkspace is the site that got me into valueclick so it shouldn't be a problem. And I could always let them know that I sold the site and the new owner would like to open up an account.
