I recently setup this blog - using free to publish articles which discuss the benefits of using composite decking materials, which are very low maintenace.
Adsense would be one way to monetize the site. I also thought about selling contractor leads on the site, which could probably do well.
Traffic and revenue is negligible as the site is new.
