The name should speak for itself, or I should be able to figure out why someone might type it after I do a quick Google search. If there is something unique about the name that I won't be able to figure out quickly then you can let me know.
Type-in traffic and revenue is relevant. Monthly Google exact search nonsense is not relevant. It is meaningless unless it gets type-in traffic, so don't mention it. Previous offers you had for the name are not relevant, either. Asset prices change all of the time.
If you want to sell, send me some names that actually have value, and price them so that if I put in a bit of effort I can turn a profit selling the names or earning PPC.
