Does anyone know why there are so many regged tlds with 'comtech' ???

Anyhow, I own comtech.biz (for a year) and recently pointed it to sedo.
does it actually have a specific meaning?

It seems to be taken in all major ccTLDs and some subdomains as well.

any appraisals welcomed.

There are many companies called "comtech". I don't think the domain would be
worth more than low $xxx. I'm not that sure about the domain's value due to
a possible TM infringement though. I would play it safe and do some research
on the TM "comtech" if you're seriously going to sell the domain.

there seems to be so many different 'comtech' companies out there.
I got an offer for it, which reminded me that I even owned that name, I had forgotten about it.
Not too sure why I even regged it last year, I thought it sounded 'cool' for a .biz
