Contacting user

I am having a hard time contacting this person through whois. I am interested in a name. It may be a company, i am not sure. But i am trying to purchase the name. I just want to see if negotiation is an option and if the domain COULD be for sale. If someone knows how to help out i will PM the name in private.

I've run into the same issue as you are having right now. Thing is..if it is an old name..that email address is probably never used, though, still in operation. Have you tried doing an addres lookup to find current details. I know that the info on my original domain is totally out of date..the email address works of course, but I log into it maybe once per year, if that and there is soooo much spam, I just delete it, even the good mail.

It says the site is under construction and that there is a site coming. I think they are not responding because it is being developed. I guess i'll have to deal with it.
