Yes, I still have it..

It is $700

Paypal is fine if interested..

This is good solid traffic that you can easily build on.

I have been using the site as a spring board for new sites I build.

Nice little income, hoting is a minor expense.. as it sits with about 60 pages it takes up 20 megs. 500 megs of bandwidth amonth.. I have a reseller hosting package.. but if I had to pay to host it...just about any $5 retail month hosting plan would do.

It is listed in all major engines and PR5 in google.

I get 1-2 emails a month from larger corporations that own convention properties that want to know what they need to do to get listed.

The price is firm though.. I have come down as low as possible on it.. it just dosent make any sense for me to go any lower..

It's as simple as this ..

I am going on Vacation next month and want extra cash..

Oh, Ive misinterpretated it then.. In the other thread you said that you are more concentrating on ConventionCenters.Us so I just overlooked the others and had in mind this one.. Good luck with your sale.

SOLD.. thank you SirSpider for the fast professional transaction...

Congrats to both buyer and seller. Actually I was considering buying the site myself but I can’t have .us names as I live in the UK. Really nice site!

Thank you, bidawinner, for a really smooth transaction. It is truly a pleasure doing business with you.

And thank you, URL T, for the kind words.

Cheers,

Nice pick up SirSpider. Bid did a nice job with that site and it has terrific potential. I think it will prove to be a very good buy.

Thanks, Duke. Yes, it might fit in well augmenting some of my travel sites. A site I am currently rebuilding, www.OCtheBeach.com, is about Ocean City, MD - which has a VERY popular convention center. But I have nothing on OCtheBeach about it (so far).

Every city that I feature in OC-USA.com has a convention center. So I will be changing the look-n-feel a good bit, but the content and organization will be great for linking back and forth. Bid did a great job in putting this together, I just hope I can continue to develop it in a like manner.

And, I am always open to critiques and suggestions.

Thanks guys.. didnt know anyone was really paying attention

Of course we're paying attention. :)

Here's a 1-week update. Spent Labor Day weekend changing the look & feel to more closely match a couple of my other sites and added some links. I am now putting back the "tickets" affiliate deal and have added a couple others - including one of my lodging fulfillment companies. Traffic has been over 250 per day since Tuesday - an increase of 100 per day - hooray. But still a long way to go...

If anyone has time to take a peek and offer any criticism - I would certainly apprectiate it. The only pages close to being "finished" (Ha! Is anything ever really finished on the net?) are Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Washington. :-D
