What copy are you talking about ? The design is a totally different RED colored theme. The only similar thing I can see is the nav bar on the right which is pretty much standard on most forums for navigational purposes.

anyways.. it's not too hard to make a site identical to ANY design/forum.

Yeah but like a bajillon other people do that crap too. Hehe some people even do it now so they can be like the big forums when they aren't even sponsored by the hosting company.

Site looks pretty legit to me. Skin looks different enough, categories are different.

I visit some of those sites regularly and I am sorry, I don't see any copy. Can you be more specific? There are hundreds of forum skins that look similar but their skin is not the same as wht.

It is VBulletin, you can pay to remove the copyright. Most probably they used the same designer who simply designed the skin with a different colored theme. As others said, it may look similar but in no way it is a rip.
