Out of my price range but I wish I could. That's a very nice site. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks.

Please keep in mind this is NOT an auction.
Bid to buy, not to outbid.

Current bid $800 = 18.4 x net revenue?

Minimum bid $1,000 = 22.99 x net revenue?

(hosting costs are not included in the above figures)

This post is not meant to be a rude comment, I am just wondering if I am missing something. Is there more revenue that what is stated? I was just always told when buying income sites to use a multiplier of 8-12 which would be $348-$522. Just curious.

There's a lot more to an established site than just what revenue it collects and a lot of people need to learn that. The price is the price. If you don't want to spend it, then I suggest you look elsewhere. Perhaps you can find a one page site, with a little bit of adsense revenue that has no potential for making revenue in any other way and is basically a stupid little site with no potential. It sounds like that is the type of site you want.

I've pointed out the potential ways to make money with this site. If you want to just coast along and keep what little adsense revenue it makes now then this is not the site for you. Like any site you have to work to improve the revenue and I have described some of the existing possibilities already in place with this site. A lot of work went in to making this site, improving its traffic and establishing loyal visitors and ad submitors and I will not just throw that all away and sell for some small multiple of the adsense revenue it makes. If you don't agree, I don't really care.

My intention in selling this site was to sell it based on the overall current establishment, design, traffic and potential. I have so many sites that I do not mind selling one or two if I get something that the site is worth, but I am perfectly content to keep it and in turn keep taking the revenue it does make if someone wants to try and buy it for pennies on the dollar to what it is worth.

Easy slim, trust me i know about making money I am a platinum powerseller on ebay doing sales over $300,000 in 2004. And I run a profitable image hosting site and yes it does cost alot to develop a site. I wasnt saying you were wrong, I was just asking where your getting your figures from because they seem to be way off base. Thats what these forums are for selling items, q&a, etc... I was simply asking a question and you became defensive which leads me to believe.... Not worth my time
