.biz is new to me. I have no experience selling these names and honestly I cant say I know anything about the popularity of the extension. But I say, go for it. Its a very brandable name, and the only concern I would have would be stepping on the toes of the .com and .net holders of the domain.

Oh, $1K to reseller if no TM issues...if TM issues....no idea.
and maybe 2-3K to a end user like the folks who have the .com and .net or their competitors.
