I would place a bid they could immediately take it from you. It starts with your argument with why do you have it? Was it registered after the public was aware this movie was coming? I would take another step and say if they wanted name they would shoot you 5k. If you didn't act they would serve you. Nothing but conversation. I am in no an expert on udrp.

Name is the phrase they use in commerce

Actually. A branded name used with an additional word for "time specifity". It could be the 2nd or 3rd in a series denoted by a word following for say a film or title that causes sensitivity to the date of release. It is at least a copywrited work affixed to another word to create a specific phrase. You probably can't explain what you want with it enough to convince.

Good question however who would put the cart before horse?

Trademark is kind of a blanket protection!

I have been trying to get transformerzone.com for years, I would search from time to time but it was always taken. I accidently typed it in wrong a little while ago, and now I own a typo of a domain name that I have been trying to get for years. So I also think of it as transformer sone not only transformers one... And Transformer Sone is pretty close to Transformer Zone, if you think about it. So I doubt that they can sue me, even if they try.
