It's a great nome but not popular enough or interesting enough to make it a very profitable name (other then an out right sell to a looking end user)... That said I would have to say $10k reseller. It just seems like one of those good yet hard names to monetize IMO. End user price, have to go with Denny, no more then $50k.

The possible big value of this domain might be it is typo of "loan-counsel.com", as the loans pay well on PPC, if this page gets more popular in the future, might be a gold mine. Also as this domain is parked on Domainsponsor, "mightyd" could get better appraisals if he posted the stats...

I would have thought I would get more traffic than I am getting but to be honest traffic is poor..

Guess I'm thinking, lawyers, debt counseling, etc as the potential purchasers

But the word "counsel" is not popular (OVT without ext. only 4200). Less popular word = need more effort and $$$ to make people remember it. I think a lot of people even in the US does not know, what this word exactly means...

Not a big traffic name, since counsel isn't a very popular term among type-in users. But, this is an end-user domain name. For a large firm I could easily see mid 6 figures.

This is a name for which the question of traffic is almost as meaningless as it gets right now; the potential market is likely to think in terms of the significance of the name itself. If something like $xxx, xxx would make a difference to you, this is one for which it would be worth it for you to spend a little time here and there researching attorneys and firms, at least in the US, and contacting them. You might even wind up pleasantly surprised by receiving a price even higher than the $250K I suggested above, and that would not surprise me at all.

If you ever watch late night t.v and you see the commercials for class action and injury lawsuit lawyers contact them they have the budget and the motivation to own a short easy to remember and Authoritative domain name to be used in conjunction with their ads.
I rented razor.com in 2000 just as the push scooter craze hit with remarkable success ... you might consider renting it at a very reasonable rate to a larger firm for a 3 year term to get them hooked ;) as long as they agree to have your domain dispayed in every commercial. If it were my name I would ask 100k+ the "+" depends on how bad you need the money.

Plus, most morons (the kinds that respond to mass marketed legal services) can't spell counsel, so this may bring down the value of this one-worder.

All the same, I would anticipate this would could easily go $150-200,000 in the retail marketplace.
