I see this as a potentially good developable DN but it would take some effort to realize its $ potential not having a big $ 'intrinsic' value from great stats.

So what kind of a 'reseller' type of value would this potentially have vs if it was marketed to a potential end user?

I would think reg fee on both accounts. who would your enduser be , martians ? . Just cant see why there would even be any enduser interest. Unless you found one its reg fee.
