Goh on one of the other domain forums first brought up this matter:

lol, check out the website of eNom's support (go to http://www.enom.com/aboutus.asp and there click on 'support center' under 'eNom online help') and look for the Crazy Ape! That's just plain brilliant!

And btw, it reminds me of when my sister in law chatted with her webhost's support (which was outsourced, to India), and, in their online support chat, the support guy told her 'I will write you monkey', while he meant to say 'I will write you Monday'!
:cheeky: :-D

Chimpanzeerly,
Rob

I had a debit on my account for a payment to Crazy Ape and this got me worried.

It probably took me the best part of an hour of my time finding out what was going on, including international calls to my bank requesting a disputed transaction form and e-mail correspondence with Crazy Ape (crazyape.com).

All credit to Crazy Ape who pointed me in the right direction, i.e. that it looked that there was some mistake on the part of a "domain registrar".
