Hello. I'd like to know if I can legally and succesfully sell a domain name that is created by several writing systems. Is this beneficial for the person wishing to purchase from me? And is it legal if it strikes copyright claims despite of the fact that it is a bit different? Example: happy.com (already owned by someone/in latin alphabet); hарру.com (using latin and cyrillic alphabet together to form a word that looks like 'happy' in the latin alphabet). Another thing - if such a domain gets used by a website and if the visitors wish to find this website in the Google search engine, would they be able to easily get access to what they are looking for?

Too detailed, sorry.
Still, thanks if you reply!

you're basically talking about an IDN domain

ie:

I own the IDN domain > xn--moble-p4a.de it, looks like mobile.de but it's really mobıle.de
had it for 12 years, it gets traffic and earns ppc revenue

that, is only value in them, from my perspective

other than that, they have no value

imo...
