criteria for evaluating the quality of traffic

if you had to independently evaluate quality of traffic, what criteria would you use? here's my list:

1. geographical origin
2. purity (type-in versus traffic from links and etc)
3. stability (whether or not there are visible patters and etc)
4. and of course the interests of people (variety of applicable keywords)
