it depends on who the seller is and what domain is for sale
to get a clearer picture, check the "domains wanted" threads and view what buyers are willing to pay for domains that fit the "multiple" scenerio.
also, look at the sales sub-forum, "domains with traffic" threads to view what price/range or multiple the seller is seeking.
in addition, you'll have to note the quality of the domain, whether it's generic, generic typo, typo, tm typo, link traffic, expired website, etc. in relation to pricing or price expectations.
then too, one can sell a domain that produces revenue, but the final sale price is "not" based on any monthly or yearly multiple.
though if it were, the yearly multiples would average in the 100's and higher
imo...
