All the recently reported sales were above $10k, but a year ago there were quite a few sales around $5-10k.

Definitely 10k+.

The number of NNN combinations possible is under 6% of that of LLL... when I get my hands on the funds to get some real investment domains, NNN's are high up there on my list.
