if I were you I'd do some market research and try to sell to end-user Curry Sauce manufacturer.. in UK they are crazy for this stuff (I spent good 10 years there)

I sold Currys.info some time back for $XX and I was going to turn it into a site on Chilies.. and Hot sauces.... that would be the go I think.

But then again it also is a surname so you may find an end user.,.. that may buy it of you,
