Wanted: Service Custom PHP Script

I need a custom php script done.. Basically .. A user enters a review and submits it.. I go to a control panel to approve or dissaprove it.. Once approved it appears on the frontpage in the design I want it.

Shouldnt be hard.. who can do this???

you could use a free script such as a cms script like phpnuke platinum and use the review module as the front page, disable all the modules that you do not want and customize the disign of the site very easily.

Just a suggestion to try and save you money and get more features on your site easily.
