Nevermind. I figured out what was going on.

Hi there WSG,

Sorry if nobody got back to you. We actually had a similar post on another forum and it turned out the guy's mail was classed as junk by Thunderbird. Please feel free to email me at [email protected] if you still have any issues. I'd like to look into why your email may have been spam foldered as well.

Sorry for the inconvenience

Ed.

I edited the post as I figured out what the problem was. I went back and noticed I sent all of my inquiries from my yahoo email address. Hence the reason it was probably marked as spam. In any event, the problem I am having is I cannot re-add names once they have been deleted. When they go into the default "deleted folder" they are stuck and the system will not allow me to re-list the domains. Any reason why this may be happening?

Thanks
