Sale includes everything you see at the site, with the exception of the vbulletin license (non transferable owned license as it was purchased used) and the forum skin show in the products page. You do get the skin matching the main site however, and the PSD for the design.

Here are the stats for what they are worth. Traffic is minimal at 750 visits last month and a few visits a day this month.

No I do not . Although, I know a few people who are very talented at vB skinning/coding.
