I am posting this on behalf of my friend who is selling a cybersecurity blog with 6.3M views and $9.5K revenue in last year.
He is getting traffic from an ad on Discord (2.5k value) which doesn't expire. Whoever buys the site gets to keep the ad.
The blog takes almost no work to run. He basically never updates it. Just gets traffic, prints money.
