For those that are not familiar with Dallas' West End, there is a string of clubs and restaurants that is commonly known as "Dallas Alley".

Should I try contacting some of the clubs and restaurants in West End to see if they are interested? If so, what should my askin price be?

I personally think its worth around $100 since there's not much of a market for it.
