DatabaseSoftwares.com is a great domain. Software solutions for businesses (i.e. databases) are expensive products and highly needed all over the world. So the domain's got quite a powerful keyword and the .com TLD fits perfectly. I think the domain's easily worth something in the mid $x,xxx. The singular version would be better though. DatabaseSoftwares.info is worth less, of course. I see its value in the mid $xxx.
The domain GameSoftware.org could be worth mid $xxx, too. It's a singular keyword which is good. The TLD doesn't really fit.
Well, that's just my opinion regarding your domains and not what you call a professional domain name appraisal. But I hope that I could help you!
