I think .com (original poster) is Chinese and lives in China so that might make it a little difficult for him. It is definitely one to develop and I can offer you hosting free (as a fellow DNF member) and a 'hotornot' - type script which I can put up for you just to start to get traffic? If you want me to do this, change the DNS at the registrar to:
NS1.SPACETRIPS.COM
NS2.SPACETRIPS.COM
...and I will do my good deed for the day
Once you get some traffic to it maybe there are a few here that would help to build it into something a little more special. Anyway, you can see what I'm talking about as a starting point:

Isn't it possible to sign up with a dating affiliate - get your own branding - and place an ad in the local papers and google adwords etc?
