I am offering the domain DaytonaState.org for sale for $4000.
This domain gets 1000 visitors a month and makes $10 a month from Google AdSense ($103 in 2011 so far). The site is a WordPress blog, written by me, which has been updated twice in the past year. The site is PR 3/10, GoDaddy domain, registered 2008-07-20, expires 2018-07-20. DaytonaState.org ranks #13 for "Daytona State College" without quotes on Google (DaytonaState.edu is #1).

I am not expecting anyone to be interested in this domain at the $4000 level, but I am not worried about selling it because I am going to continue developing it over the next few years.
