.de domains and Name Servers

I've been trying to register a .de domain at enom.
I keep getting the error "Invalid Name Servers".
When I contacted enom they told me that the specific error is:

ns errors: SOA Refresh is out of range (3600 vs 10000 - 86400); SPOF! All NS in same subnet

If I understand correctly, the problem is that the refresh of my DNS server is 3600 (fast) and they want something in the range of 10000 - 86400 (slower).

Anyone encoutnered this before ? Is it possible to give them now a DNS server that will like, and later change it to something else ?
