The closest thing I have to this is:

marriagelicense.info

I haven't yet been able to do much with it. I was hoping for a wedding related site to help people get marriage license info in their state.

Death records are kept in various places and may be hard to index. Is there any profit in it also? You might try becoming an afiliate of funeral homes or florists, but I doubt you would get many affiliate referral bucks...
