Hi all, I'm thinking of putting my PR4 credit website for sale but not sure roughly what the value is.

At the moment it's not really keyword optimised. Haven't joined any affilliate programs or anything...apart from the Amazon bookstore.
I could use your opinions and output on how much roughly I can get for this site if I put it on eBay or something. Or should I maximise it's money making potential and then make more money selling the site.
