I picked this up great keyword name in an expensive auction on tdnam a month ago. Tdnam auctions don't often go up into the thousands. A lot of people wanted it.
US names are coming on strong. I just sold Roommates.us (no traffic) for $10,000 a couple months ago.
With the housing boom busting, mortgages adjusting up, gas/utility prices up, saving rate lowest ever, medical costs up, and God-forbid you need to send a kid to college, people will be increasingly requiring "debt relief."
