Decent CPA sites?

Hey,

Looking for decent CPA advertising programs ("This term refers to pay per lead and pay per sale affiliate programs."), for example a user clicks the banner ad, has to sign up for something legitimately (or fill in some kind of form, register on a forum, etc.), and I'm credited for that action. This would be perfect for a site I'm working on where I could award credits for doing such a thing. Please provide experience if you have any.

Please let me know if you know of any such ad programs.

There are dozens of great CPL programs at different affiliate networks unfortunately I do not know of any that are seeking incentivized leads unless the offer itself explicitly states so. I have done well with affiliatefuel.com and freeforum.com. Freeforum can brand a freebie portal for you. We use their offers on our freebiespace.com site.
