i regged both, probably should dump waterpiks.com before i get sued, even though "waterpiks" is not trademarked but waterpik is.

The s means "plural"......if it were an abitrary letter that changed the word, like waterpike, that would be different.

So its the same as the TM, especially since its a vanity name spelling...
