designing .mobi sites

What program do we need to design the .mobi compatible websites. If I put a site together myself, I use Frontpage (yes, im still using Frontpage).

Any imput??

Also, heard they you don't HAVE to put content on your .mobi but WHEN you put content on your .mobi it has to be compliant.

Godaddy gives you free website tonight with every .mobi, and that is compliant but isn't too hot though! But a good stop gap to ensure your domain doesn't get suspended anyway!

Well, I cant see them on my company's phones. We have 25 of them here and i cant see godaddy's .mobi site anywhere! Gives us a "ERROR 302".
