I am looking for a few opinions on this domains worth. A couple of noteworthy items.

1) When pronounced you are literallly saying develop ".NET" as in the microsoft programming language.

2) It is a word commonly used in business, real estate, programming and photo industries

I would pay high $xxx to low $x,xxx. But you could find a better buyer than me, suggested area of development is not my game.
