Im going to develop xxxbang.com what do you think about this idea.
A site where you can post your pics when you bang someone or when your girlfiend/boyfiend f*cks someone else

Do you have any suggestions?

Hosting in the USA? If so, learn 18 USC 2257.

What if someone sends in photos and it isn't really them? What if someone in the photos is under the legal age?

What are the laws in your country regarding this?

How do you plan to make money from this, charge a fee to access the photos? If so, how can you get 1000+ photos to make the site worth it?

sweden owner should not be hosting in the USA

I'm sure there are major porn ISP's right in sweden

or is it copenhagen

or is it the same thing really, the netherlands

any way you have a major legal adult biz in that part of the world, so the main ISP should be euro with maybe a mirror in Canada to feed USA

as long as bush and ashcroft is in power stay away from the USA

you know they have been putting people in JAIL in the USA just for having LINKS on web sites

that's a FACT

scary times we live in

no such thing as FOS Freedom of Speech anymore in USA

Links that lead children to porn sites isn't a good thing. Nor is it good when someone at work goes to "Google" to check something out really quick, types in "Diet Plans", clicks on the first link and is taken to "Porn POP up" hell.

Yeah, we can do without those links. As far as pure porn sites go, I think there are some operators who are really trying to "clean" up their industry (age verification, etc), and then there are those who should belong in jail IMHO.

As far as Bush and Ashcroft go, I myself are watching what they do. I would like to dabble in the selling of "cigarettes/cigars" however I find there was legislation passed this summer in congress (hasn't been signed yet) to make online cigarette sales illegal. Too many minors are purchasing cigaretes. Well, after doing research, what I found out was that the states are getting increasingly hungry for their tax money that they are losing out on. Congress, didn't really address either of these issues in their bill. Instead, they are proposing banning sales of cigarettes online because a lot of the money is going into "terrorist" organizations??? O.k... I can see the argument with respect to minors, and even the states losing out on tax revenue, but I have a problem with cigarette sales benefiting terrorist orgs. Further research shows that the "Retail lobby" got to congress. I guess some 60% of cigarette sales happen at 7-11 type convenient stores. They are the ones pushing this bill... My suggestion would be to not ban cigarette sales, but find a solution, where children don't get cigarettes, and states get their tax money.

There... I'm glad I got that off my chest.

didn't you hear about the person that had a link ONLY to a common bomb book on his site?

that was case 1.

case 2. was raisethefist.com

so that's two people without porn who went to jail for links or common info you can find in a library

freedom of speech is dead in the USA

these are scary times

When you post - in an adult forum -- that people are being jailed for linking to things, it makes people think you're talking about adult websites.

I did some research on raisethefist.com and you are way off the mark. First of all, the webmaster, "Sherman" is not in jail, and he was not "jailed for links". He was hacking which is clearly a Federal offense and was inciting others to riot. Freedom of Speech is one thing, enouraging people to bomb is another.

This is what I uncovered after a little research:

"OK. This story appeared on Slashdot today as well. The articles linked from there give a rather clearer perspective on why this kid had his stuff taken. After all his own explanation is pretty unconvincing. "Effective anarchist" is even more of a contradiction that "police intelligence". The idea that "the man" would be concerned by a site run over an *A*DSL line is pretty funny.

The story on Newsbytes makes it clear that he's admitted to breaking into and vandalising websites to "promote" his cause. If that weren't enough he's incited others to do the same and to use bombs to overthrow ... whatever it is he's trying to overthrow. While its just fine to distribute bomb making and hacking instructions, its not OK to incite people to use them to damage property or harm people. ."

1. there's PLENTY of people in jail for "adult" material

case in point your link to the POOP site

here's an AP article on the person jailed just for "LINKS"

Aug. 5, 2003, 8:31AM

California man gets one year in jail
for anarchist Web site with bomb links
Associated Press

LOS ANGELES --

A federal judge sentenced a man to a year
in prison Monday for creating an anarchist
Web site with links to sites on how to build bombs.

U.S. District Judge Stephen Wilson sentenced
Sherman Austin to more than the prosecutor had
recommended under a plea bargain.

Austin, 20, pleaded guilty in February to
distributing information related to explosives.

Austin told the judge Monday he
"wasn't really thinking" when he
created the Web site.

"I'd be devastated if someone used
this information to harm others," he said.

Austin admitted posting links about bombs
to enable people to build and use them during
demonstrations against interstate and foreign trade.

He told FBI agents he wanted the
Web site to teach people about
police brutality.

Austin must also pay a $2,000 fine and is
barred for three years from using a computer
without approval.

Wilson said he also may not associate
with anyone from a group that

"espouses physical force as a means of change."

Austin was arrested with other protesters at
the World Economic Forum in New York in
February 2002 on charges of disorderly conduct
and unlawful assembly.

While in New York, federal charges
were handed down in California.

Austin said he took a plea bargain because he feared his case was eligible
for a terrorism enhancement, which could have added 20 years to his
sentence. The plea deal had called for him to serve four months.

How do you plan to earn money from the site?
Do you have the necessary content?
If a paysite, do you have the necessary protection scripts?

Personally, I don't think it will do that well, there are too many adult websites now as it is and the idea isn't that unique.

You need something extremely unique these days to compete.

I've had millions of banners a month available on our sites for many years. Never could sell them. That's why the dot com market busted, no one paid any real value for ads

We actually removed every banner and now we have 12 or so one word text links at the top of most of our sites steering cattle where we want

Banners are a tough sell
