HostGeneration is a developed hosting directory which runs on hostdirectory pro script with a custom design (design was a contest winner purchased from a namepros member back in March). Site is about 2 months old and receives around 70-100 visitors and 200-400 page impressions per day.

Script features a very strong admin panel to manage all aspects of the site including categories, hosts, plans, ads, pages, links and much more including basic SEO. You can sell premium memberships and advertising for hosts via the script and rotate their banners on the site.
Site is not yet listed in Google however it is ranked on the first page (6th spot) on msn.com for the phrase hosting directory. The site was manually submitted to over 350 directories by a submission service couple of weeks ago. Submissions are still getting approved day by day. Site has a link popularity of around 7.476 according to marketleap.com and has over 240+ pages indexed by MSN (http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=site:www.hostgeneration.com) and 280+ pages indexed with Yahoo (http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=site:www.hostgeneration.com) .
I have purchased a few PR links during the past couple of months as well to help the site with it's PR in the next update. I havent' done any paid advertising for the site other then purchasing a few links and posting ads on a few forums. Traffic is generated through direct visits, bookmarks, MSN, forum posts and submissions. Adsense generates around $2 per day without any optimization. Interested parties can request proof of revenue via PM. I am sure revenue could be increased if the ads were a better blanded into the pages. I havent' received any reports yet from the affiliate banners however our host, HostAlly.com did receive a few signups referenced from HostGeneration. The new owner is free to replace all the links, banners, ads, etc. as he/she wishes. The site has 101 hosts and 179 plans already listed by the hosting business owners. I havent' tried it due to lack of time yet but the new owner can contact all the submitted businesses and offer them advertising at affordable rates.
I am selling the site because I believe that it could become quite popular if advertised and promoted correctly but unfortunately I do not have the time to accomplish this due to all my other sites and projects. Having said that I will not consider lower offers then my asking price due to all time and resources spent.
Looking for offers over $500 with BIN set at $1200. 6 months of hosting will be included with the package free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. You are also free to transfer the site to your server as you like. Domain is registered at NameCheap and come with a free push. Payment preferred via Paypal/Neteller.
