First off ... I've upgraded my membership! 
Anyways ... what I'm selling is my developed Subleaseme.com. I opened the doors last April with the site and then took it down a few months ago for a total overhaul (site design and backend scripting to make it automated) and its back online with a fresh new look and start.

The site was designed to allow individuals to post their leasing wanted / subleaser wanted requests for FREE online and allow other inviduals to browse them to find housing. The script is done totally in PHP with an admin feature for adding/deleting cities, users, listings as well as being able to authorize listings. This sale is for all the code (php, html, graphics) that goes along with this site.
I'm taking offers ... and you are probably wondering why I'm selling this site ... I'm developing this new idea and need some startup capital for it and I'm a little low in that department.
