Hello,
MortgageTipsHome.com is for sale. This domani was registered exactly a year ago and was just renewed today. Nothing was done with it for the first year but I noticed that it was going to expire so I developed a site for it and renewed the domain. This site is brand new so there isn't anything for traffic and revenue yet.

This site uses Wordpress software for the backend (php and MySQL). It updates itself automatically every night using RSS feeds. Totally automated so minimal work is required other then getting traffic to the site.
