It's my understanding that an owned VB license cannot be sold/transferred until after 3 months.

its like every post is just to shoot down sales latley, but i will reply just for the heck of it, LEASED licenses can not be sold until after three months, this is a OWNED license.

No, please recheck with VBulletin. They stopped allowing Leased licenses being transferred/sold completely. Only owned licenses can now be sold/transferred, and that's after 3 months.

I contacted them before the sale i spoke to a guy named Eric, said it would be possible aslong as it was owned, i went into the cpanel and it would allow the transfer, I will just wait on the sale though since it seems like you are informed of the new regulations. Cheers
