Meanings:

1. To be passed on or transferred to another: The burden of proof devolved upon the defendant. The estate devolved to an unlikely heir.
2. To degenerate or deteriorate gradually: After several hours the discussion had devolved into a shouting match.
3. Archaic. To roll onward or downward.

Most notably known for number 2 meaning - as in De-Evolution.

Nice one word domain. I like it and it would make a good Expiring Domains Domain imho but as for value I would say as it is a one word domain that gives it good standing so has to be somewhat more than the reg price imho.
