Based on personal experience, I'd say 3K unless you get someone reaaaaally interested in developing it.

There are lots of famous people with that name and family names can be
extremely valuable.
E.g. Branson.com sold for $1.6M two years ago!

Branson, Missouri is a very famous tourist spot. Not really comparable but low xx,xxx could be achieved via the right buyer regardless.
