I pre-registered a domain on November 16th. I decided to log back in today in their control panel to learn I didn't get. I checked the whois records and the domain was registered at 17:02 UTC.. I checked the time conversion and it was around 7am Toronto time..

I thought registrars have an automated system. If I only knew, I could have stayed awake past midnight and registered it myself

I'm really annoyed, I was gonna use it for my illustrations..
