Did GoDaddy remove paypal?
Because it is gone from the checkout options today

I emailed them and here is the response I received:

Dear ......,

Thank you for contacting customer support. We have turned off the PayPal payment option on the front of the site due to a problem their systems appear to be having. One in three of the transactions we are sending to them are timing out without returning a response. Until we can verify that these transactions are not succeeding on the paypal side, the payment option will remain unavailable.
