I'm selling the newly launched diggforum.com it's somewhat an offtopic/tech community made inpart for the digg.com users! (also diggforum.net is taken)

only been online for about a month & has 31 members

If developed properly it can weild a very nice profit for the new owner,however I myself do not have time as I'm working on a search engine,etc

it's owned and I haven't upgraded to 3.5.2 because I'm selling the site however the new owner can just download the latest copy of vbulletin or I will install it free.

Yes, when transfer is complete I will make sure to stay clear of any copyright violations and clearly mark forum as not part of digg inc.

there are a few digg forums and fansites, I do not think they would hassle you

Also I have not gotten any such info from Digg.com I added the post as it was being featured on digg.com and as I stated above only to draw traffic no harm in that it helped the site and as for the domain we'll it's VERY GENERIC it can even be a "off topic" forum.
