If you are parking your domains PR shouldn't matter...

Also, parked domains eventually lose PR due to the fact that they are parked and offer no real content to the end user.

Google does check the nameservers and IP address, and if you are on one of the many parked programs then say goodbye to your PR

Hi!

This is also a problem, for me too. The only thing I know, is that Google will kill your site from SERP's if you park with Google feeded parking program (Sedo, Namedrive).
Also, your PageRank will die if you redirect the page, as DomainSponsor.

As I suppose, the sites parked at Yahoo feeded parking programs, don't loose thei PageRank.
You may check TrafficZ (http://webmortgage.net -sample site), Fabulous (http://classof98.com -sample site), GoldKey (http://recoveryhealth.com/ - sample site), ActiveAudience (http://careear.com/ - sample page).
As you may see all parked sample pages have PageRank.

You may also try (but I'm not sure) Parked.com, (they have a contract with Yahoo), but I didn't found any sample site.

Hope this helps.

Regards

That is most definetly an exception to the rule. I have about 90 domains with a PR over 5 and even though they have still a huge number of backlinks pr Dropped last update to 1 or 2.

(Parked on a Yahoo Feed)

it depends on where you park.

parking at sedo seems to lose PR.

actually lilan may be onto something.. if you actually optimize the main frames it should be possible to keep PR.

I will give it a try..

will test on http://www.scotlandforsale.com/ and see if we get a change. its a PR3 at the moment.

If the framset is 100% of the page, couldnt there be real content behind the frame, but then again you could also be banned for cloaking

I think you answered your own question their.

As I understand it, the frame should be 100%, and the only content in the frame would be that of TITLE - METATAGS.

Metatags should be of course Relative to the domain.
