check this one out.
thats the message I get from them:

"We apologize for inconvenience, but currently our web-interface
does not provide ability to change nameservers and contact details for .info
domains. We plan to expand web-interface functionality within several days.
If you need to change domain details or(and) nameservers, please send
us email with desired changes."

This is not a 'current' problem, but apparently has been arround for as long as they have been around.

I cant even change the whois!!!

Well , I think it's your fault , why are you registering your domains from such a site ?
It's better to pay more but get a normal service (godaddy , enom , moniker and ect) , I've never listen about fiducia.lv , but in any case wish you luck

I think, it catches drops for pool
So I think he did not register it simply there.

The thing is, if I cant access the nonexistent control panel, and they dont answer emails, I wonder how will I remove the registry lock to transfer the name, or how will I get auth codes to transfer out...
another prison registrar it seems.
